Feeling discouraged in my job search after turning down a risky offer

Feeling really discouraged about my job search lately. Almost a year ago, I turned down a job that had a lot of yellow flags, and the final straw was the extremely broad non-compete clause they wanted me to sign, which would have prevented me from working in the field for three months after starting. Everyone around me thought I was crazy for not accepting it, and maybe they were right. Since then, the best I've managed to find is a part-time position that I only got through a personal connection. I've even tried applying for temp jobs, but I've had no luck, especially after a bad experience with my last temp role. I'm feeling like a broken record talking about this to friends and family, and I can tell they're getting tired of hearing it. I'm tired of it too. My relationships are starting to struggle because of this, and I feel like I don't have much of a life outside of job searching anymore. I know there are always more avenues to explore, and I take some responsibility for my situation, but it just feels so hard right now.
