He emphasized the need for me to start as soon as possible to allow for training during the previous employee's notice period. However, I learned that the previous estimator only lasted six months, which raises some red flags for me. Additionally, I've noticed the company lacks a strong online presence and there are no reviews on Glassdoor. If I receive an offer, I'm considering asking to speak with the previous employee to understand their reasons for leaving and to get a clearer picture of the work environment.
