I recently received a job offer for a position and decided to inform another company, where I'm still waiting for a final decision, about my situation. I reached out to them to ask about their timeline since I had received an offer. They responded by mentioning they were processing paperwork, which makes me wonder if they are also considering making me an offer. The position from this second company has a higher salary band compared to the one I was offered, but the benefits are not as good. I'm currently in a dilemma as I haven't accepted the first offer yet and I'm trying to weigh my options before making a final decision.
