Navigating the Frustrations of a 3.5-Year Job Hunt Journey

I've been on the job hunt for about 3.5 years since graduating, and it's been a tough road. I worked as a hotel supervisor for two years, but I eventually burned out and left that role. Since then, I've been interviewing at various places, hoping to land a decent job, but I've faced numerous rejections despite having recommendations from higher-ups. It's really starting to feel pointless, and I can't shake the feeling that something about my approach or vibe is off. I've heard the advice to keep trying, but after the eighth rejection, it just doesn't resonate anymore. It’s disheartening to see my friends thriving in their careers while I struggle to even secure an entry-level position. I’ve thought about going back to a front desk job, but I really disliked that role, and I doubt it would lead me to the career I want. I’m open to different opportunities, but I want to make sure I'm not being taken advantage of by a boss. It's a frustrating place to be.
