I’m 24 and currently working in apartment maintenance in Dallas, Texas, earning $23/hr. I've been in jobs that require me to work outside or in hot warehouses since I was 13, and I’m really tired of sweating all day. I have a high school diploma and a Universal EPA certification, but I’m looking for opportunities that would allow me to work indoors, ideally in an office environment, while maintaining or increasing my current pay rate. I’m curious if anyone has suggestions for jobs where I have a good chance of being hired, given my experience and certifications. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
