I recently lost my job and I feel completely frozen. It's hard to move forward or even think about what to do next. I worked at a tech company as a software engineer for over three years, and now I'm just stuck in this overwhelming feeling of uncertainty. I know I need to update my resume and start applying for new positions, but I can’t seem to find the motivation to do it. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you overcome it?
