I recently developed a tool called Founda to help streamline the job application process, which I found to be incredibly exhausting. As someone who has spent countless hours sifting through job listings, tailoring my résumé, and applying only to hear nothing back, I wanted to create a solution that could alleviate some of that stress. Founda aims to simplify job hunting by providing one relevant job match each day based on my experience, preferred level, location, and salary expectations. Instead of relying on recycled job aggregator listings, it checks the employer's own careers site to ensure the listings are current. Additionally, it generates a résumé tailored specifically for the role I'm applying for. I'm looking for fellow job seekers to test this tool and provide feedback, as I want to know if this approach genuinely helps others in their job search. There's a free plan available, so anyone interested can try it out without any cost. I'm aware that many tools promise much but often fall short, so I'm eager to see if Founda can make a real difference.
