Applying for New Grad Positions to Secure a Stable Job After Graduation

I recently graduated with my BSc in mathematics in 2018, and since then, I've had a mixed bag of experiences in various roles. I've worked as a data scientist, ABAP developer, Flutter developer, and QA tester through a staffing agency, but my career has been quite unstable with multiple gaps in employment. Before my last QA contract ended over a month ago, I even took a job as a school bus driver while searching for something more permanent. Now, I'm eager to find a stable job and leave the contract work behind. I've come across some job postings on LinkedIn that are labeled 'New Grad', and I'm torn about whether to apply. Technically, I'm not a new grad, but given my sporadic work history and the fact that I haven't found a stable career yet, I wonder if I should go for it. Should I apply for these roles that I might meet the minimum qualifications for, or would I just be wasting my time since I'm not considered a new grad? I'm really hoping to land a permanent position soon.
