If you're in a similar situation and have been waiting for more than 2-3 weeks, I highly recommend reaching out to your state representative. They seem to be the only ones who can prompt UIA agents to take a closer look at your case. I even spoke with a UIA Liaison who confirmed that the same agent can't make a judgment on your case twice. Don't lose hope; take the initiative and reach out to the right people.
