Reflecting on my interview experience for a client relationship management role

I recently interviewed for a position that combines client relationship management and data analytics. I felt confident going into the process, especially since I was introduced to the team lead through mutual connections and had performed well in all previous interviews. However, I encountered a significant setback during the case study portion of the interview. My Excel froze, leaving me without any visual aids when I had to present my findings on a Teams call. Despite this challenge, I maintained my composure and explained my work while role-playing with the interviewers as if they were clients. They seemed impressed with my communication skills and reassured me that I would hear back later this week. After the call, I immediately restarted my computer, completed the case study as I had intended, and sent a follow-up email. In the email, I attached my completed Excel and PowerPoint files and explained the technical issue I faced during the presentation. Now, I'm left wondering if I still have a chance at this position or if my performance during the case study has ruined my prospects.
