I filed for unemployment in Alaska three days ago and received a random call this morning that I unfortunately missed while I was in the shower. I haven't received any mail regarding my claim yet, so I'm feeling a bit anxious about what the call could have been about. I've tried calling back, but every time I do, I just get an automated message directing me to their website, and then the call disconnects. I'm worried that I might have missed an interview or some important information, especially since I'm currently in another state after my seasonal job in Alaska. It's frustrating not being able to get through to someone.
