I recently made the tough decision to quit my marketing job. I returned to work six months postpartum, and managing both my job and my responsibilities at home proved to be incredibly challenging. I found myself working throughout the day to make up for lost hours while caring for my baby, and despite working remotely, the stress became overwhelming. The work environment was also toxic, which only added to my anxiety. I really wanted to make it work, but it just wasn't aligning with my needs anymore. Today, I feel like a loser for quitting, but I know deep down it was the right choice for my mental health. I hope to find a role in the future that truly resonates with me.
