I’m 16 and feeling really discouraged about my job search. I've tried everything I can think of to find work—applying on Indeed, going in person, using company career websites, and even calling back a few days after applying. I've managed to get a few interviews, but I either get rejected or don't hear back at all. I always dress professionally and bring my resume, and I try to communicate clearly, but nothing seems to work. I've received job offers before, but they were for full-time positions, and I can only work from 4 PM to 11 PM on weekdays and anytime on weekends. It feels hopeless because I'm just looking for a stable income, and all the positions I’m applying for are minimum wage. Is there really no hope for me in this job market?
