I'm currently employed but have been casually looking for a new job as I'm planning to move 6 states away. It's just now hitting me that I'll need to create a new cover letter for every job I apply for, which feels overwhelming. Previously, I would send out a few applications a day without much thought, but now I realize the importance of tailoring each cover letter. It's definitely time-consuming, but I hope it pays off in the end.
