Deciding Between Salary and Growth: A Tough Job Offer Dilemma

I'm currently a 4th-year undergraduate engineering student and I'm facing a tough decision about a job offer. The position pays less than what I know I'm capable of, but given the current job market, I'm considering whether to take it. The office is conveniently located near my home, which means I wouldn't have to worry about accommodation or food expenses. I've previously turned down offers from larger multinational companies due to relocation and salary concerns, and now I'm feeling conflicted about accepting a role at a smaller company. I've heard that smaller firms and startups can offer better growth opportunities compared to larger corporations, which is making me think twice. I'm looking for advice on whether I should prioritize salary or potential career growth.
