I recently applied for a position at a company that uses Workday for their job applications. Unfortunately, I received a rejection just a day after submitting my application, and I didn't even get an interview. I'm considering reapplying for the same job, but this time I might have a referral from someone within the company. I'm curious if having that referral would improve my chances of being considered again, or if it's even possible to apply for the same role after being rejected.
