I've been on the job hunt for over a year now, and I feel completely drained. I've submitted more than 60 applications without any success. Despite changing my CV multiple times and even hiring two different professionals to revamp it, I've only managed to get 3 interviews, and unfortunately, none of them led to a job offer. Most of the time, I receive generic rejection emails like, "We decided to move forward with another candidate," or I get a vague acknowledgment that my application is being reviewed, but then I hear nothing back. I've tried everything—tailoring my applications, applying for different types of roles, and even casting a wide net by applying to a variety of positions. Yet, I'm still stuck in this frustrating cycle of rejection and silence. It's really taking a toll on me, and I'm starting to feel hopeless. Has anyone else experienced something similar? If you have any tips or strategies that helped you break out of this rut, I would greatly appreciate it.
