I recently received a job offer from a retail company after applying to many positions. I completed the necessary paperwork, including a background check, and even received my schedule to start in a few days. However, I just got a call for a second interview with another retail job that I’m really excited about. I’m torn about what to do if I end up getting that second job since I don’t want to juggle two positions. I’m leaning towards the second opportunity, but I’m concerned about the idea of ghosting the first job. Is it really that bad to just not show up after accepting an offer?
