I recently graduated from a civil engineering program in Canada and also hold master's degrees in construction management and urban planning from the US. I'm currently looking for entry-level positions in construction management and urban planning. I've applied to around 300-400 jobs but haven't received any callbacks or interviews yet. I'm starting to wonder if the entry-level job market is really that tough right now. Some job descriptions even ask for 2-3 years of experience for roles that are labeled as entry-level or for new grads, which confuses me since I have no experience at all. I'm seeking advice on how to navigate this challenging job market.
