I've been on the job hunt for about four months now, trying to find a better position than my current role. It's been more challenging than I anticipated. The most frustrating part is that many of the jobs I want require skills and experience that I don't fully possess yet. I feel stuck because I want to advance and learn new things, but it seems like employers want candidates who already have the experience. I know I'm a fast learner and can pick up new skills quickly once I'm in the role, but it feels like a catch-22. Has anyone else faced this dilemma when trying to advance their career? How did you manage to make that leap?
