I recently separated from Centene on September 4th and was expecting to receive my VSP payout today. My people leader had informed me that the payout would be processed on the following payday after my separation. However, when I checked my account, I only received my regular pay. I attempted to reach out to HR for clarification, but I've been on hold for over an hour without any response.
