However, I was shocked to receive a formal email from their legal department demanding I take down my review within 24 hours, claiming defamation and threatening to blacklist me from the industry if I didn’t comply. This has left me feeling anxious, even though I know my review is truthful. I’m in an at-will state, so I’m unsure of my rights here. I just want to move on with my new job without this drama following me. Has anyone else faced a similar situation? I thought Glassdoor reviews were supposed to be anonymous, but I guess they figured out it was me based on the timing and details I provided.
