This lack of communication has left me feeling uncertain. Is this typical in hiring processes? I’ve heard from others that it can take a long time, but this is the first time I’ve heard from her in weeks. I’m considering sending a polite follow-up soon, but I’m also focusing on other job opportunities in the meantime.
