This caught me off guard because I don’t drive due to a disability, and I was never informed during the interviews or onboarding that a driver's license was necessary for this role. I’m feeling anxious about this situation, as I know I don’t have to disclose my disability unless I choose to. I’ve had ten years of solid work experience, including supervisory roles, and I pride myself on being punctual and reliable.
