I recently had a recruiter reach out to me regarding a potential job opportunity. After doing some research, I confirmed that they are legitimate, which was a relief. However, I'm aware that many recruiters can be unresponsive, especially on platforms like LinkedIn, where they often use mass messaging and keyword filters. What caught my attention with this recruiter is that they provided their corporate email and contact information in their initial message. I'm debating whether to respond directly to their corporate email or stick to LinkedIn for my reply. I want to be respectful of their preferred communication method but also express my genuine interest in the job. Given the current job market, I know recruiters are inundated with messages, so I want to make sure I approach this correctly.
