They indicated I would hear back by the end of last week, but it’s now a week later and I haven't received any updates. Throughout the process, communication was prompt, which makes the silence even more nerve-wracking. I've been checking my ICIMS status, which still shows 'under review'—it hasn’t changed since I started interviewing. The last update was the Monday after my interview, which adds to my anxiety. I know different companies use ICIMS in various ways, but I’m hoping for some insight to ease my worries.
