Feeling lost and unlucky after a series of job setbacks and challenges

I feel like I'm cursed with bad luck lately. Last summer, I moved from the East Coast to the West Coast, excited about a job offer that came with relocation assistance. It seemed perfect, but I quickly realized the role was beyond my capabilities. After a couple of months, I was placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PiP) and eventually left that job. I thought I had found a decent opportunity with a government job, but they ended my contract early, leaving me unemployed again. After months of searching, I finally landed a gig doing school portraits. The pay wasn't great, and I needed a second job to make ends meet. I found another position that I thought would work, but when I informed my portrait studio boss about my training schedule, he assumed I quit and filled my position. Meanwhile, the second job ended up not having the budget to keep me on. Now, I'm back to being unemployed, feeling lost and unsure of what to do next. I'm 30, with a bachelor's degree in Studio Art and Media Production, but my experience is mostly in photojournalism, and I haven't been able to find relevant work since graduating. I can't help but wonder if I'm doing something wrong or if I'm just incredibly unlucky. Everything has happened in less than a year, and I'm feeling pretty broken right now.
