I’m feeling really frustrated with the job application process lately. I've been using the Easy Apply feature on Indeed, which allows me to send my résumé quickly to potential employers. However, I've noticed that for many of the jobs I apply to, companies still require me to go through their own application process. This means creating an account, uploading my résumé again, and filling out additional information, which can take 30 minutes or more. It just seems so unnecessary and time-consuming. I wish companies could streamline their processes instead of making candidates jump through hoops.
