Seeking guidance to transition from National Field Support Agent at Spectrum to IT or Biomedical Rep

I currently work as a National Field Support Agent at Spectrum, where I've been since early 2025. My role mainly involves dispatching technicians, and while I've gained a lot of knowledge and experience in my department, the increasing workload has led to significant burnout. I often feel overwhelmed and stressed, which has diminished my excitement for the job. I'm seeking advice on how to transition to a different role, ideally in the IT field or as a Biomedical Repair Technician, as I believe I have more to offer than what my current position allows. However, I'm struggling to find opportunities that align with my interests, especially since many positions seem to require more experience than I have. The pay at Spectrum is decent, which makes it hard to leave, but I feel stuck and want to pursue something more empowering. Any guidance on how to break into IT or find a more fulfilling job would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
