Preparing for My Process Lab Tech Interview: Questions and Insights

I recently graduated and have secured a second stage interview for a process lab tech position. The interview is set to last an hour, and I'm feeling a bit anxious about what to expect. One area I always struggle with is the question, "Do you have any questions for us?" I'm reaching out for advice on what kind of questions would be appropriate to ask during this interview. Some suggestions I've received include asking about what a typical day looks like in the role, opportunities for upskilling and learning, and why the last person left the position. I also plan to prepare a few specific questions to avoid blanking out, such as what success looks like in the first 90 days, what current projects the team is working on that I would be involved in, and what the next steps in the hiring process are. Since this is a lab tech role, I think it would be beneficial to inquire about the training process and who I would shadow initially. I'm feeling hopeful and excited about this opportunity!
