I'm currently in the process of applying for two jobs, and honestly, it's a bit overwhelming. I'm waiting to hear back from an external position that I interviewed for last week, and it feels like I've been waiting forever. On the other hand, I just received a response about an internal job that I applied for, asking if I'm still interested. It's a tough situation because I really prefer the external job since it would allow me to leave my current town. However, if I don't get the external position, I might have to consider the internal job as a backup plan. At least it would be an improvement over my current role, but the uncertainty is driving me a bit crazy.
