I am currently working a seasonal job at a local park, where I handle cleaning and setting up chairs and tables for events. While I don't dislike my role, the physical demands can be tough. The frustration stems from the fact that there are better job opportunities available nearby, and many companies are actively hiring right now. However, I feel stuck in my current position until it wraps up in late November. I want to be seen as a reliable employee, but the urge to switch jobs is strong. It's really annoying to feel like I have to wait it out.
