Shortly after, my boss responded to my initial email, thanking me for my professionalism but stating that the decision was final and that I could ask questions about administrative matters or pay. I followed up again, asking for a reason for my termination, but still received no answer. It's frustrating to feel like I was let go without any clear explanation.
