I have a second round interview coming up for a finance role, and I'm feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. The interview will be with the same person from the first round, plus a new interviewer. I've never been through a second round before, so I'm reaching out for any advice. I know this isn't a coding position, so I'm not expecting technical coding questions, but I'm curious about what other types of technical questions I might face. I've heard that second rounds often focus on building trust with the new interviewer, so I'm planning to review my notes from the first round and prepare for follow-up questions. I want to have a couple of solid examples ready that showcase my experience with numbers and problem-solving. I'm also thinking of asking the new interviewer what they would like the new hire to achieve in the first 90 days. Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated!
