I recently applied for the Account Coordinator position at Blueprint Creative Group and received a response from their recruitment team. While I know many of us are frustrated with recruiter ghosting, I have to give credit to this company for their transparency. The email explained that they receive a high volume of applications, with some postings getting between 250 to 1,000 resumes. Because of this, they won't be following up or providing status updates on submissions. They also mentioned that resumes sent via email go straight to spam and that phone calls to HR aren't forwarded. Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted. I appreciate their honesty and understand the challenges of the job search process.
