I recently started a new job as a marketing coordinator at a tech startup, and I’m finding the transition to be quite challenging. The pace is much faster than my previous role, and I’m struggling to keep up with the expectations. I’m trying to adapt to the new tools and processes, but it feels overwhelming at times.
