I’ve been feeling really discouraged lately. I applied to 150 jobs in the past week, hoping to land an entry-level position, but I've mostly received rejection emails or no response at all. I also didn’t have any luck with on-campus placement drives. I’m trying to figure out what I might be doing wrong and what I can change to improve my chances of getting shortlisted. If anyone has advice on how to stand out or what I should focus on, I’d really appreciate it.
