Seeking legal advice after unfair job loss from private school over TikTok video

I lost my job about 2-3 months ago from a private school where I worked. I had asked my boss for permission to create content while I was working in the kitchen, and I posted a video of myself doing my job on TikTok. I made sure that no kids' faces were visible in the video. However, someone reported my post to my manager, which led to my suspension and eventual firing. I feel like it was unfair since I had permission to record. Now, I'm considering whether I have a case for a lawsuit, but I haven’t found anyone willing to take it on. I also have a few disabilities, and I'm wondering if they play a role in this situation. I'm seeking advice on what steps I should take next.
