Preparing for my first job interview in years and managing anxiety about red flags

I have a job interview coming up next week, and it's my first one in years. I'm feeling a bit anxious about it and want to make sure I don't overlook any red flags that might indicate it's not a good place to work. I’ve been out of the job market for a while, and I worry that my eagerness to land a position might cloud my judgment. I’ve heard that companies might try to take advantage of candidates who have been unemployed for a long time, possibly offering a lower salary than expected. I want to be aware of signs like micromanagement or a toxic work environment. I plan to check reviews on platforms like Indeed and Glassdoor to get a sense of the company culture before I go in.
