Navigating a Job Offer at a Nursing Home: Weighing Options and Schedule Needs

I was offered a job at a nursing home, and while I appreciate the opportunity, I'm feeling uncertain about moving forward. They want me to work various shifts, including overnight hours, but I really need a predictable schedule due to my current commitments. The job offers health insurance, which is a big perk, but I would have to take a pay cut that wouldn't cover my increased rent from my upcoming move. I'm considering whether to be honest with them about my situation before I complete the physical paperwork. I think I should let them know I can only work the 11-7 or maybe 3-7 shifts, and see if that fits their needs for the 32 hours required for insurance. I'm also aware that better job opportunities will be available in my area next spring and summer, so I'm torn on whether to accept this offer or wait it out.
