I recently gave my two weeks' notice at my retail job, and things have taken a turn for the worse. My boss has been incredibly rude and sarcastic since I announced my departure. Some people say it won’t hurt my career if I don’t plan to use them as a reference, while others suggest I should remain professional and finish out my notice.
