Seeking advice on transitioning from customer service to Business Analyst roles

I'm a 22-year-old B.Com graduate based in Mumbai, currently working remotely in a customer service/sales role that I joined last August through college placement. Initially, I thought this job would be a great opportunity because it allowed me to work from home and offered decent pay for a fresher. However, I've come to realize that the role is more focused on advisory and customer-facing sales, which is primarily B2C. While it's not extremely high-pressure, the repetitive nature of the work and the long hours in front of a screen—around 9 hours a day with only one day off—have made me reconsider my long-term career path. I'm earning about ₹35–40k/month, mostly from incentives, but I don’t feel like I’m learning or growing enough. I'm planning to resign around September or October, aiming to be out by November, but I'm unsure if that's the right decision. I have financial responsibilities at home, so I can't afford to be unemployed for long. I'm interested in transitioning to roles like Business Analyst or B2B Sales/Business Development. I'm comfortable with Excel and am currently learning SQL and Power BI. I also have experience with a project in taxation and a keen interest in indirect tax and management accounting. I'm not pursuing CA/CFA or a master’s degree right now because I don't want to add more financial strain on my family. I'm reaching out to see if anyone has successfully made the switch from customer service/sales to a more analytical or business-oriented role. Is resigning without another offer a bad idea, or should I hold on while preparing and applying? Any advice on how a B.Com fresher with about a year of customer-facing experience can break into Business Analyst or B2B roles would be greatly appreciated. I'm also looking for relevant openings, referrals, or resources that could help me understand what skills and interview preparation I should focus on. I'm trying to find a realistic path forward without putting additional pressure on my family.
