Feeling uneasy about my role as direct support staff amid supervisor concerns

I have been working as direct support staff for individuals with special needs for five years. Recently, I've been feeling uneasy about my position due to some interactions with my supervisor over the past few months. I have had my current supervisor for about 1.5 years, and my quarterly reviews have generally been average to good. However, my last review raised concerns about my sick day patterns, which I acknowledged and offered to provide a doctor's note for my absences. I also informed my supervisor about upcoming doctor appointments that would require me to leave work during the day. She suggested I try to schedule these after hours, but I explained that these were specialist appointments, and I had to take what I could get due to their busy schedules. Recently, I missed two additional days due to strep throat, again providing a doctor's note. Shortly after that, my supervisor called me in and reprimanded me for being rude to a co-worker, which I found surprising. I had simply told the co-worker that the individual I was supporting needed to stay on the job assigned by management. When I asked for specifics about the complaints she mentioned, she couldn't provide any details or names, which left me feeling confused and concerned. It feels like my supervisor might be trying to build a case against me based on my sick days and vague complaints from co-workers. I’m starting to wonder if they are preparing to let me go.
