Navigating a New Job with Lower Pay and Emerging Opportunities

I recently landed a new job after being out of work since May, but the salary is $28k less than what I was earning before. It's frustrating because now that I've accepted this position, I'm starting to get more interview opportunities. I’m contemplating whether it would be wrong to leave this new job quickly if I get a better offer. I've seen a lot of opinions on this, and many people suggest that I should prioritize my own financial well-being and not feel guilty about switching jobs for a higher salary. It’s a tough decision, but I want to make sure I’m making the best choice for my career.
