However, I'm feeling hopeful because the email came from a recruiter, and it mentioned that my screening will be with the hiring manager, who is also the head of the department I'm aiming to join. I'm trying to stay grounded and not get my hopes too high, but I can't help but wonder if this is a sign that they see me as a strong candidate. Any thoughts?
