I recently interviewed for a job in the agricultural sector and there's a strong chance I'll be receiving an offer soon. The position is quite far away and would require me to relocate to a small rural town. I also have another interview lined up for a job that's much closer, but I won't hear back about that one for another two weeks. If I do get the first job offer, I wouldn't need to start for three weeks after signing the contract. My concern is about what happens if I sign the contract for the first job and then later receive an offer for the second job. I want to know if there's a way to break the first contract without burning bridges, as both opportunities are fantastic but come with different challenges related to location. I’m hoping to get some advice on how to navigate this situation, especially if I end up being offered both positions.
