I didn't mention the short-term job during my interviews, and I'm concerned that it might come up during the background check, especially since it does appear on my TWN report. I'm debating whether I should reach out to the recruiter to ask what kind of background check they will be conducting or if I should just wait and see what happens. I'm worried that not disclosing this job could jeopardize my offer, but at the same time, it was such a brief position. I really want this job, and I'm hoping for some advice from anyone who has faced a similar situation.
