Navigating a Toxic Work Environment While Preparing for a Job Interview

I'm currently in a tough situation at my new job, which I've been at for about 10 weeks. I've come to realize that the environment is extremely toxic for me. I've tried everything to make it work: documenting my concerns, communicating with leadership, and even getting HR involved, but nothing has changed. My anxiety is through the roof, and I'm losing sleep over it. I dread going to work every day, and my mental health is really suffering. Next Tuesday, I have a final round interview with a company I'm really excited about, but I don't have an offer yet. I'm contemplating resigning from my current job to focus on my mental health and interviewing, but I'm worried about the financial implications. I have some savings, but I might need to tap into my 401(k) if this interview doesn't pan out, which I know is generally not advisable. I'm seeking advice on whether I should stick it out until I have another offer, resign now, or consider temporary work while I search. I feel like I'm at a breaking point and really need some objective perspectives on what to do next.
