I’m feeling really lost in my job search right now. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and have been working part-time jobs like waitressing and some odd jobs while trying to build a career in art. However, I’m at a point where I need to find a full-time job with benefits, especially for health insurance. The problem is, every time I try to look for jobs, I just freeze up. I don’t know where to start or what to even search for. The job postings often use jargon that feels completely foreign to me, like ‘Cross-Functional Client Experience & Administrative Operations Coordinator’ which sounds way more complicated than it actually is. I’m feeling overwhelmed and scared about the whole process.
