I recently interviewed with BCForward for a project tester role and received an offer from a major bank in my area. The interview process involved a Teams meeting with two managers, one of whom has a LinkedIn profile with a bio and work history, but no picture, which made me a bit skeptical. The pay is decent, but given the current job market, I’m feeling uncertain about what’s real and what’s not. So far, I've only accepted the offer and haven't taken any further steps. I did receive onboarding paperwork through estaff365, which is a good sign, but I'm still a bit anxious about the whole situation.
